Halloween has always been one of my most favorite holidays. It brings to mind thoughts of a time period that was a little more innocent. I mean the Halloween that most people know it is a commercial holiday. To think there was a time when dressing up like someone or something else was totally harmless. When I think of Halloween, I feel a little naughty. When you are in your costume it’s okay to be a bit uninhibited, trifle a little with the ‘dark side’, and it was okay because it was all in good fun. Weirdly enough, my memories of Halloween involved be staying indoors and studying for some project/homework for the next day. I would think about all the fun that was being had outside and wish life wasn’t so full of responsibility. Well this year I stayed in again but instead of working, I took a “mental” holiday and drank some wine and watched horror movies all night. It was fun. I watched ‘Silent Hill’, though I didn’t think it was very scary at all. It was more weird than anything. It reminds me of ‘The Crucible’ for some reason. I haven’t read that since high school so I might be mistaken.
Don’t forget to turn your clocks back 1 hour tomorrow. On another note, this blog officially turns 1 year old this month! I can’t believe its been so long.

I know this is a little late, but Happy Anniversary on the Pauliworks Blog!
I haven’t dressed up for Halloween since high school. I always had some test the next day while we were in Philly. Well I finally had the opportunity to dress up this year, and had so much fun! Did you see my pics?
