Curry update

Okay so its been about 2 hours since I began the “curry experiment”.  Right now the curry is simmering, the essence of the vegetables is mixing with the juices of the meat and all together absorbing the flavor of the the curry seasoning.  It smells fantastic and taste even better.  Two things I should note about tonights big cooking event:  1.  I shouldn’t make so much food in one shot if it’s just for me.  2. I’m making a big mess.  3.  I’m drunk.  Okay thats about all I can think of so far.  I think I’ll finally sit down and have dinner.
